What’s Included (More Info):

• The Retreat starts at 5pm on May 9th, then full days on the 10th, 11th, 12th, & check out at 10am on May 13th.

• If staying on site, you have your own bedroom at our Retreat House for 5 nights (the retreat officially starts May 9th, but you are welcome and encouraged to come a night early, on May 8th, to get settled in). The rooms are private. There are 4 bathrooms on site.

• If staying off site, you will need to meet us at the retreat house each day. (I recommend finding an air bnb or hotel within 10 minutes of Bell Rock Vortex. We are staying in the Village of Oak Creek).

• Family-style dinner included on site for the first and last night. Breakfast options and snacks will be available. Lunch is on your own.

• Telegram group chat for attendees to work out carpooling from the airport or if they are interested in sharing an Airbnb off-site.

• Ticket for our private session at the Wolf Sanctuary included

• We will be active. Hiking shoes are required. Please do not book if unable to do a 30-minute hike on uneven terrain.

** Deposits are Nonrefundable due to the nature of this gathering.

If you put down a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by March 1st.

No Cancellation Refund past March 1st, unless you have documentation of a medical emergency.

Even if you buy a ticket and cancel before the deadline of March 1st, a $500 deposit will be deducted from the refund due to the nature of this event.
